An active KNX Australia at the Integrate Show in Sydney

KNX Australia made a well noted appearance last week at the Integrate Show in Sydney. This fair for predominantly A/V integrators for the first time welcomed KNX Australia with an own booth, manned by the most prominent KNX Australia members, including Hager, Somfy, ABB and MySmartCTI.

On the second day of the fair, Mr. Demarest as CTO of KNX International was invited as key note speaker at the concurrent conference to talk about smart homes/buildings, smart metering, smart grid, in short about the KNX City concept. In the afternoon, representatives of KNX Australia and KNX International together with a moderator of the local Connected Home Magazine answered questions from the audience on the topic of smart homes and energy efficiency, both from a today's point of view as well as what the future may still have in store.
