The DALI actuator, 4-gang is intended for use in KNX installations and is used to control lights and other applications with DALI control gear, such as electronic ballasts (ECGs). The device is mounted on a DIN rail in accordance with DIN EN 60715 in a sub-distribution board. The device is DALI-2 certified and supports multi-master operation. This means that DALI-2 sensors can also be used as application controllers. The actuator can manage up to 128 DALI participants, which can be divided into four separate DALI systems. In addition, the actuator enables broadcast control for each of the four DALI systems, so that several devices can be controlled simultaneously.
