Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Description des clients
The house was divived in two floors , with 4 bedroom, 4 toilets, big open space for living, kitchen and restroom, cabinet and huge terrace.
the system is quite complex since the facts that are many crossed link between wall controller, motion sensors, push buttons etc.
Also we create a hybrid signalization and fire alarm system using the KNX I/O modules.
The cooling and heating system is dedicated in each room where we have floor heating, passive convectors and fancoils, for this , 2 stage control was applied.
we also create many logics and scenario for lights, curtains and motored glass walls.
