Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation
Innovation
Smart homes and buildings are always an upgrade in comparison to a conventional installation. Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Thanks to the usage of KNX, the door has been opened to integrate new innovative solutions, using the worldwide STANDARD for home and building control.

Description des clients
Diese Projekt begann mit der "angeblichen" Renovierung nur eines kleines Bades, aber dann ist das Projekt völlig eskaliert.
Aus einem Bad wurden zwei, aus Schalter und Steckdosen wurde KNX und aus dem Deckenlicht wurde eine umfangreiche 3D-Lichtplanung. Doch dabei sollte es nicht bleiben. Natürlich kam noch die Einzelraumreglung für die Heizung und eine automatische Verschattung dazu. Da das Licht nach der 3D-Lichplanung dann Vollfarbig war, konnte es nur noch mit DALI realisiert werden. Doch kaum waren die Bäder fertig, ging es weiter. Die Räume im Keller wurden völlig automatisiert. Das Licht wird in Helligkeit und Farbe komplett automatisch gesteuert.
Dann kam der Wintergarten dazu (liebevoll Südflügel genannt).
Das auch hier umfangreiches Licht rein muss, stand schon fest.
Jetzt ist ca. 50% des Hauses saniert und wir sind noch lange nicht fertig. Es fehlen noch Sprechanlage, Zutrittskontrolle, Torsteuerung, Videoüberwachung ...
