Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

In the Burj Vista Tower apartment, we successfully implemented a comprehensive KNX-based smart home automation system designed to enhance comfort, convenience, and energy efficiency. The scope of work included full integration of lighting control, HVAC (air conditioning), and motorized curtains using advanced KNX devices. All functions are seamlessly managed through touch panel switches, mobile apps, and voice assistants like Alexa and Siri. The system allows for customized scene settings, remote access, and centralized control, offering the client a luxurious living experience with maximum flexibility and ease of use. This project reflects our capability to deliver high-end automation solutions tailored to modern lifestyle needs, while ensuring long-term reliability and scalability.
