Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Thanks to the usage of KNX, the door has been opened to integrate new innovative solutions, using the worldwide STANDARD for home and building control.

Description des clients
Motorworld Mallorca is a premium automotive and lifestyle destination combining classic and luxury car exhibitions with offices, commercial areas, and event spaces, creating a multifunctional environment for both visitors and professionals.
The control system is based on KNX technology, providing a fully integrated and efficient building automation solution. KNX manages all lighting across the complex, both indoor and outdoor, including DALI systems, RGBW control, scheduling, and daylight-based regulation. Up to 700 luminaires are integrated and controlled through scenes, time schedules, and light sensors to ensure energy efficiency and visual comfort.
Additionally, KNX controls the HVAC system in meeting rooms, offices, and convention areas, based on a 4-pipe system with fan speed control and 0–10V valve regulation. All systems are integrated into the BMS via KNX–BACnet gateways for centralized monitoring and control.
