Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Smart homes and buildings are always an upgrade in comparison to a conventional installation. Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Thanks to the usage of KNX, the door has been opened to integrate new innovative solutions, using the worldwide STANDARD for home and building control.

Description des clients
Reforma de un piso de 150 m2 en el centro de Tarragona, en la que se ha implementado un sistema de automatización de nivel alto para una persona con movilidad reducida. A través de una aplicación, tanto desde el interior como desde fuera, el usuario puede controlar todas las luces, persianas, calefacción por radiadores, aire acondicionado por conductos, audio independiente por habitación, home cinema dolby ATMOS en el salón, sistema de alarma antirrobo, cámaras, control de acceso en la puerta de entrada por teclado, electrodomésticos y escenas personalizadas (entrada, salida, amanecer, anochecer, cine..). Todo ello también se puede controlar por voz a través de Alexa. Cuando llaman a la puerta de casa, el usuario recibe una notificación en su móvil y puede ver quién es y abrir la puerta sin necesidad de levantarse.
