Energy Efficiency

The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Description des clients

Esta villa cuenta con integración de iluminacion, estores, climatizacion, y control de accesos. En referencia a la iluminación toda ella es regulable mediante sistema dali totalmente integrado con KNX, con encendido automático de luces según presencia en las zonas de paso. La vivienda no dispone de persianas, optaron por la opción de dobles estores eléctricos, los cuales tienes la función de oscurecer la estancia y ofrecer intimidad a los usuarios, todo ellos con función centralizada. La parte de climatización cuenta con splits distribuidos por la vivienda tanto para frío como calor, totalmente integrados en sistema mediante pasarelas específicas de KNX. Todo el conjunto de la vivienda se puede controlar mediante el servidor web a través del móvil o a través de un Ipad incluido en el hall con un soporte de la firma Basalte, no cabe duda tampoco que incluimos un control local mediante teclados Jung.
