Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

I gave this 2005 house a “makeover” as i re-programmed everything using the ETS software, integrating an IP interface and using some siemens KNX binary output modules i was able to bring my KNX project to life, giving me the versatility, ease of use and efficiency that i wanted. With the IP interface i was able to connect my televisions, sound systems and projectors to the KNX network. Whith some binary output modules i was able to my heating, cooling and security systems, as i do not have the money to buy specific interfaces for them.. (sorry KNX). I am only 17 years old and one day this dream might be my life, installing KNX systems for a living.
