Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Villa Rafik Sarkes is a one villa of a story high-end luxury project in Cairo, EGY. The project 3 floors and landscape are all fully controlled by KNX. The building is a large icon in the paradise compound and known in Egypt and would make an excellent KNX reference project. It is a system that has features of the high-end, latest technology, the international standard, easy to implement and maintain, etc. We suggest using KNX because it is a standard that exactly matches the client's needs. It is not cheap by applying such a solution with so many devices but it is worth the investment. We see that in Egypt there are more and more projects like this that are Equipped with KNX solutions and products. Stability and Flexibility are obviously the two sides but by using KNX we could have them both. Thanks.
