Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Facilidad y comodidad. Se trata de un proyecto donde la facilidad de uso y simplicidad era un objetivo fundamental, puesto que la vivienda va a ser utilizada para alquiler. De una forma fácil y sencilla cada nuevo inquilino dispone de todo el control de su loft, incluido el acceso inteligente sin necesidad de llaves
Escenarios de confort. Las escenas totalmente personalizables "llego a casa" y "salgo", "buenos días" o "buenas noches" crean el ambiente adecuado para cada ocasión
Control remoto. El control de la viviendas a través de Internet era una prestación imprescindible pudiendo acceder cada nuevo inquilino de una forma rápida y fácil.
