Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation
Innovation
Smart homes and buildings are always an upgrade in comparison to a conventional installation. Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Thanks to the usage of KNX, the door has been opened to integrate new innovative solutions, using the worldwide STANDARD for home and building control.

Mit der Motorworld München hat im Mai 2021 eine automobile Erlebniswelt in einer neuen Dimension eröffnet, ein imposanter Treffpunkt für Liebhaber und Freunde von Fahrkultur und Lifestyle.
In der automobilen Erlebniswelt finden sich über 25 der weltweit wertvollsten und exklusivsten Fahrzeugmarken, ein umfassendes Spektrum an automobilen Dienstleistern und spezialisierten Werkstätten, zahlreiche Shops, verschiedene Event- und Tagungslocations, das Vier-Sterne-Hotel AMERON München Motorworld, eine vielfältige Gastronomie und vieles mehr.
Angesiedelt ist die Motorworld München auf dem 75.000 m² großen Areal des ehemaligen Ausbesserungswerkes der Deutschen Bahn in München-Freimann. Ihr Herzstück ist die beeindruckende, unter Denkmalschutz stehende Lokhalle, die mit ihren gigantischen Ausmaßen – 185 Meter lang, 90 Meter breit und bis zu 18 Meter hoch.
