Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation
Innovation
Smart homes and buildings are always an upgrade in comparison to a conventional installation. Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Thanks to the usage of KNX, the door has been opened to integrate new innovative solutions, using the worldwide STANDARD for home and building control.

Description des clients
Il progetto "DIESSE Diagnostica Senese S.p.A." si è sviluppato in due step. Il primo ha avuto inizio nel 2020: si tratta del revamping del building già esistente di quasi 4000 mq; la scelta del KNX serve per garantire interoperabilità con altri sistemi esistenti e con i sistemi che saranno installati nell'ampliamento futuro di circa 7000 mq.
I lavori per la costruzione del new building (secondo step) hanno inizio intorno alla metà dell'anno 2021, l'integrazione con i sistemi presenti nell'old building è garantita soprattutto dal KNX, ma non solo, infatti sono presenti, coesistono e sono integrati diversi impianti con diversi protocolli, il DALI per il controllo delle luci, il modbus per la parte HVAC e controllo delle pressioni differenziali nelle aree classificate.
Sono presenti inoltre sistemi di sicurezza antintrusione, controllo accessi con terminali biometrici, sistema di rilevazione e allarme incendio.
Il tutto è supervisionato da un sistema BMS-EMS.
