Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Description des clients
Según se escoja entre apto. turístico, larga temporada o asistencia, la funcionalidad en el apartamento cambiará.
En modo apto. turístico cuando está vacío se desconectan algunos enchufes, A/C, ACS y cocina.
Si se abre alguna ventana apagado del aire.
En modo asistencia si llaman al timbre o telefonillo las luces parpadean y si el apartamento está ocupado pero no se detecta movimiento más de 12 horas se avisa a la propietaria.
Aviso ante consumo eléctrico de cocina si supera las 5 horas.
En modo larga temporada es el cliente quien elige las automatizaciones.
Funciones comunes: integración 3 persianas, regulación de las principales luces (salón, cocina y dormitorio), alarma antiintrusión mediante contactos en puerta y ventanas.
Escenas salir, llegada a casa.
Integración Alexa, Nuki y preparado para Sonos
Alarmas de fugas de agua y humo con avisos y parpadeo de la iluminación.
Prog. horaria de ACS y persiana dormitorio.
Aviso si puerta principal queda abierta.
