Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Osmo & Edel (https://osmo-edel.jp/) is a Japanese company offering imported building materials.
And they also has house builder business.
Hence Osmo & Edel decided to build new concept house with integrated system to achieve best-in-class comfortability and environmentally friendliness.
To make it happen, we Matt & Massimo and Osmo & Edel collaborated and communicated closely how we design the house.
This house is highly artight with well selected building materials to reduce lifetime energy consumption.
Automated outdoor blinds are one of important factor on this. And multiple sensors are monitor the condition and manage the comfortability in the house.
Of course interior design is very important for the house. So we selected well organized keypads and sensors.
Mobile app also provides amazing user experience on comfort. For example, user can fill the bathtub with hot water before coming back to the house. Automated system welcoming resident with comfortable condition.
