Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation
Innovation
Smart homes and buildings are always an upgrade in comparison to a conventional installation. Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Thanks to the usage of KNX, the door has been opened to integrate new innovative solutions, using the worldwide STANDARD for home and building control.

Description des clients
Spanning a site of 5,300 square metres, which is just under the size of a soccer field, PAK'nSAVE Warkworth is conveniently located on the corner of Hudson Road and State Highway 1 in town. This store is the 58th PAK'nSAVE location in the New Zealand, showcasing Foodstuffs commitment to providing accessible and affordable groceries to communities right across New Zealand. The design team were entrusted with the task of redefining what a PAK'nSAVE supermarket truly means—a place that elevates how we live as individuals and fosters a strong sense of community through our shared love of food. Considerable work has been done into the perception of a PAK'nSAVE store. To reflect this brand standard in the architecture, the materials selected were simple, functional and cost effective. Carefully positioned internal fixtures and racking optimized sight lines whilst seamlessly guiding customers through the store, enticing them to engage with the products.
