Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Smart homes and buildings are always an upgrade in comparison to a conventional installation. Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Thanks to the usage of KNX, the door has been opened to integrate new innovative solutions, using the worldwide STANDARD for home and building control.

Description des clients
project of a smart home system for controlling lighting, Shutter /blind, and HVAC systems
- Lighting is controlled with switching and dimming through
bush bottom keypads, touch keypads, touch screen 5 inches, touch screen 7 inches, wall/ceiling motion sensors, door contacts, and the mobile app/Voice control.
- Shutter is controlled from the user interfaces and the mobile app/voice control for UP and Down control.
- HVAC is controlled through IR emitters connected to the main KNX control system to control from the keypads, touch screen, and mobile app/voice control.
- the touch screen 7 inches from CORE SMART HOME BRAND has a server for mobile application control and voice control and is integrated with the door intercom unit through the LAN network.
- A standalone security system is applied in the project, it is a Pyronix brand
- we are useing Alexa speaker for voice control.[ In scope of supply of the owner).
