Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation
Innovation
Smart homes and buildings are always an upgrade in comparison to a conventional installation. Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Thanks to the usage of KNX, the door has been opened to integrate new innovative solutions, using the worldwide STANDARD for home and building control.

Este proyecto de un residencial privado en las afueras de la ciudad representa cómo la tecnología KNX eleva el valor de las propiedades y la exclusividad en el sector residencial. El desarrollador buscaba ofrecer un diferenciador real a estas casas de lujo, elevando la calidad de vida para sus residentes.
Gracias a los beneficios de la tecnología, cada vivienda cuenta con control personalizado de iluminación, climatización, persianas, seguridad, control de accesos y está listo para integrar el control fotovoltaico en el futuro. Una de las funciones que más disfrutan sus residentes es la escena de Sleep, donde todas las luces se apagan con un solo toque, ahorrando mucho tiempo en casas de grandes tamaños. Las escenas de welcome, leaving home, movie night son funciones que también les brindan gran confort y garantizan ahorros de tiempo, energía y dinero.
