Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Siemens Mitras por Newroot es una modernización integral basada en KNX que convierte datos de luz, ocupación y ambiente en ahorro medible y operación simple. Implementamos diez tableros de control para oficinas, comedor/cocina, producción y almacén; regulación por iluminancia para aprovechar tragaluces y ventanales; sensores de presencia/ausencia; escenas horarias por turnos; y estación meteorológica (posición solar, viento, humedad) calidad de aire interior (CO2). La operación se centraliza en pantalla táctil, PC y acceso móvil, con medición por zonas y registro histórico para decisiones. La arquitectura abierta KNX Siemens es modular y escalable: preparada para integrar HVAC avanzado, riego, energías renovables y analítica con IA. Resultado: menor consumo, mayor confort, continuidad operativa y un BMS listo para crecer sin cambiar de plataforma, posicionando a Siemens Mitras como punta de lanza en eficiencia y automatización industrial en México y Latinoamérica.
