Energy Efficiency

The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Smart homes and buildings are always an upgrade in comparison to a conventional installation. Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Thanks to the usage of KNX, the door has been opened to integrate new innovative solutions, using the worldwide STANDARD for home and building control.

Description des clients

De flexibiliteit van KNX was een doorslaggevende factor in dit project. Juist in een horecalocatie is betrouwbaarheid essentieel: verlichting en verwarming moeten altijd blijven functioneren. Uitval of storingen hebben direct invloed op comfort, beleving en bedrijfsvoering. Binnen dit project zijn alle installaties zo opgezet dat ze niet alleen slim samenwerken, maar ook continu bewaakt worden. Een belangrijk onderdeel hierin is de ISE-module, waarmee we de installatie op afstand kunnen monitoren. Zo houden we onder andere de batterijstatus van de radiatorsturingen realtime in de gaten. Hierdoor kunnen we vroegtijdig ingrijpen en onderhoud plannen vóórdat een batterij leeg raakt en de verwarming niet meer reageert. Het resultaat is een stabiele installatie, minimale verstoring voor de gebruiker en maximale zekerheid voor de exploitant. Precies waar KNX en doordachte domotica het verschil maken.
