Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

This private huge villa is located in AMMAN county side an area called Airport where it is a luxury villas area. The project is consisting of a total area 4000 squared meter with a building of 3200 m (basement, Ground floor and first floor ). Outdoor swimming pool, Gym, Sauna, Steam, gaming area and garden. Everything is controlled via KNX system using ABB brand as a main one in addition to Intesis ( hms ) to control air conditioning . ABB touch screen and tacteo keypad to monitor all functions in addition to mobile application , Fully control for AC and uner floor heating .
