Energy Efficiency

The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Description des clients

In deze nieuwbouwvilla is vanaf de bouw rekening gehouden met de installatie van een KNX systeem. Het systeem regelt de verlichting in het gehele huis op basis van individuele bediening, maar vooral op basis van sferen. Daar waar nuttig is de besturing van de verlichting ook geautomatiseerd, zo gaan bepaalde lampen aan bij zonsondergang. Uniek in dit project is de integratie met het Philips Hue systeem waarmee nog meer individuele verlichting kan worden gestuurd. Zo is de sfeer in de badkamer afhankelijk van het moment van de dag, wordt men wakker met helder ochtendlicht. Zonwering wordt bestuurd op basis van de temperatuur in de slaapkamers, en worden bepaalde ruimtes als de badkamer losgekoppeld van de vloerverwarming als de warmtepomp gaat koelen.
