Energy Efficiency

The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Innovation

Smart homes and buildings are always an upgrade in comparison to a conventional installation. Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Thanks to the usage of KNX, the door has been opened to integrate new innovative solutions, using the worldwide STANDARD for home and building control.

Description des clients

La flexibilité et l’évolutivité du bâtiment ont été réfléchies. De nombreuses applications de la domotique ont été intégrées, soit directement via le standard mondial KNX soit via des passerelles avec ce standard : gestion de l’éclairage (ON/OFF, Dali, DMX), régulation du système HVAC zone par zone, système anti-intrusion (report des contacts de portes et fenêtres, allumage des zones d’éclairage où il y a de la détection), contrôle d’accès et surveillance du bâtiment. Ainsi, le bâtiment et ses utilisateurs sont protégés de façon automatique. Le but de Prelude est de fournir aux entreprises et aux particuliers une solution intégrée des technologies d’un bâtiment afin d’augmenter significativement la sécurité et le confort des utilisateurs, et de diminuer la consommation des énergies en favorisant la mise en œuvre d’automatismes et de systèmes
