Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Description des clients
Bei diesem Projekt ist ein Smart Home entstanden welches Beleuchtung, Beschattung und Heizung intelligent steuert mittels einem KNX Bussystem. Die Visualisierung dazu erfolgt über einen Gira Homeserver der die Steuerung der Szenen für die Benutzer kinderleicht macht. Somit können über einen Tastendruck ganz einfach wohlfühl Szenarien geschaffen werden was bedeutet das man die Beleuchtung individuell einstellen kann. Für die Musik sorgen mehrere Sonos Smart Speaker. Die neu installierte Wärmepumpe sorgt für wohlige wärme im Winter und für die Übergangszeit wurden elektrische Fußbodenheizungen in den Bädern verlegt. Damit es im Sommer angenehm kühl bleibt sorgt die neue Beschattung samt Sonnensegel auf der Terrasse. Falls es dann doch mal zu warm wird sorgt der neue Pool für Abkühlung. Bei der neu installierten Sprechanlage sehen die Eigentümer immer wer vor der Türe steht egal wo sie sich befinden. Um Einbrüchen vorzubeugen wurde eine neue Alarmanlage installiert.
