Energy Efficiency

The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Description des clients

Nach einem Brandereignis wurde die Penthouse Wohnung unseres Kunden, nach seinen Wünschen kernsaniert. Hierbei war schnell klar, dass KNX das Mittel der Wahl wird. Verbaut wurden auf Kundenwunsch Glastaster II Smart von MDT und Glastaster II Light. Die Aktorik besteht zu 100% aus Komponenten des Herstellers MDT. Die Visualisierung und der Fernzugriff wurden über die Produkte X1 und S1 von Gira gelöst. Als Besonderheit in diesem Objekt galt es zu beachten, dass einige Fenster als zweiter Rettungsweg fungieren und bei Spannungsverlust umgehend auffahren müssen. Hierfür wurden Jalousien mit USV´s gepuffert, um ein sicheres benutzen des Rettungsweges auch im Brand oder Schadenfall zu gewährleisten. Die Aktoren wurden so programmiert, dass bei Verlust der Spannung oder der Busspannung die Jalousien sofort auffahren.
