Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation
Innovation
Smart homes and buildings are always an upgrade in comparison to a conventional installation. Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Thanks to the usage of KNX, the door has been opened to integrate new innovative solutions, using the worldwide STANDARD for home and building control.

Description des clients
Schöne Autos brauchen schönes Licht. Wer abends während der Dämmerung oder in der Nacht an der Garage vorbeifährt, wird merken,
dass das Licht nicht immer gleich ist. Die vorprogrammierten
Nachtszenen, welche die EIBROM vor Ort während mehreren Abenden einjustiert hat, setzen nämlich immer eine der drei Marken gekonnt ins rechte Licht. Was mit konventionellen Lichtschaltungen fast unmöglich wäre, kann man dank dem KNX elegant lösen – und kann diese wieder jederzeit wieder neu kombinieren, wenn zum Beispiel ein neues
Modell speziell beleuchtet werden sollte. Oder man andere Akzente setzen will. In der Ausstellung sind das ganze Licht, die Beschattung
und die elektrischen Kippfenster über das KNX gesteuert. Die grossen und hellen Lichtdecken werden mit DALI angesteuert. Die erwähnten Gewerke können alle vor Ort als auch vom Empfang aus im Erdgeschoss vom Touchscreen gesteuert werden.
