Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Description des clients
Edificio residencial de 221 departamentos ubicado en la comuna de la florida, Santiago. Cuenta con 22 pisos y 3 subterráneos, y una terraza con piscina en el ultimo piso. El proyecto cuenta con un sistema KNX para el control de la iluminación de todos los pasillos, terrazas, exteriores y subterráneos, los cuales pueden ser manejados de manera remota con un Smart Phone. Este sistema remoto sirve mucho para que el conserje pueda estar fuera del mesón y asi poder enterarse de las posibles fallas que estén ocurriendo en las salas de especialidad, recibiendo notificaciones en el celular/tablet en caso de que ocurran.
