Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Smart homes and buildings are always an upgrade in comparison to a conventional installation. Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Thanks to the usage of KNX, the door has been opened to integrate new innovative solutions, using the worldwide STANDARD for home and building control.

Description des clients
In diesem Projekt besteht das Objekt aus einer Gewerbeeinheit und einer Wohnung. Im Erdgeschoss ist eine Physiotherapiepraxis mit fünf Behandlungsräumen, einem Wartezimmer, Sozialraum, Gymnastikraum und Toiletten. Beleuchtung, Beschattung, Heizung und Sonos wird hier über den KNX Bus gesteuert bzw. geregelt. In der Wohneinheit im 1.OG wurde sehr viel RGBW LED Beleuchtung verbaut. Diese kann sowohl über MDT Glastaster als auch über die Gira X1 Visu steuern. Szenen und Sprachsteuerung geben dem Bauherren einen Zusätzlcihen Komfort in der Bedienung seines Smart Homes. Durch Freigabe von IFTTT beim Gira X1 und Gira S1 ist der Kunde nun auch noch in der Lage sein Smart Produkte wie Waschmaschine und Staubsauger ebenfalls mit seinem übergeordneten System zu verbinden. Wodurch z.B. über Szenen gewissen Abläufe gestartet werden können.
