Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

JIBIKE LUXURY APARTMENT SHOWROOM was created to give a mesmerizing prior experience of the Luxury multi apartment to intending subscribers (buyers) to the project. We deployed KNX to showcase smart lighting control, HVAC control and intercom integration. We intend to deploy more robust KNX 3rd party integration when we start the project proper. The recently renovated show house for the 90 flats multi apartment complex is proof that KNX is the best choice for controlling Lighting, HVAC and Video Intercom. Intending subscribers were impressed with the seamless integration of KNX and its speed and versatility
