Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation
Innovation
Smart homes and buildings are always an upgrade in comparison to a conventional installation. Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Thanks to the usage of KNX, the door has been opened to integrate new innovative solutions, using the worldwide STANDARD for home and building control.

Description des clients
Project done to meet the scope that the customer presented. Our Retrofit challenge, because the Residential work of more than 1,500 m2 was conventional, with 3 floors and the customer opted for a centralized solution with KNX to integrate all the controls. Pumps, motors, as there was a water spring in the basement. Projectual alignment for a single technical area so that all devices, grouped, thus facilitating the work of the teams involved.
In this residence there was the integration of Boilers, Pumps and Swimming pool motors, control of the power supply for the Air Conditioning Central, TV control as well as all the lighting control. Several sensors in the passages and short stays offer comfort and economy to the owner. Fireplace control, pool RGB lighting in the client's interface. All these were special requests from the client were fulfilled.
The routine in relation to activations and ease of switching off all lights at predetermined times that generates was fundamental
