Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Description des clients
This house has many rooms for several usage. There is of course living room, dining room, kitchen, family room, bed rooms and WIC, but also SOHO, gym, bar etc.
All room can be managed and controlled by single app and it offers house owner superior comfort.
Also there is design switched from Europe to achieve sophisticated space design.
The system manage and control lighting (switching, universal dimming, DALI and Japanese unique PWM control command), ventilation fan, floor heating with Japanese standard control method, Air Conditioning (Mitsubishi VRF, Mitsubishi domestic unit and Daikin domestic unit) and Sony IP TVs.
All items can monitor and control from single switch or single mobile app so that owner don't need to place several switch or remote on the wall and don't need install several apps in their smart phones etc.
It is remarkable achievement for both architect and house owner.
