Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Description des clients
The Basílica Nuestra Señora del Pilar is located in the Recoleta neighbourhood in Buenos Aires. It was built in 1732, based on a design by the jesuit architects Bianchi and Prímoli. Externally, the basilica has a simple, whitewashed colonial style and inside it conserves magnificent original altarpieces and ornaments. Entrusted with improving the building’s functionality, KNX was implemented to control HVAC, architectural lighting and internal lighting with light scenes based on religious events and visits. KNX control gave ease of use to a historical importance project.
