Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

The Baran 2 Residential Tower Hotel is considered by many to be an evolved example of the concept of permanent living in a five-star hotel. The year 1391 was the beginning of the executive operations of the project and in the last days of the winter of 1393, accommodation in the second hotel of the residential tower in Iran began. The Rain Group had introduced a new way of life in which the well-being, peace and security of the inhabitants was the most important goal. Attention to the quality of housing had greatly improved the expectations of the audience. Thus, the luck of the rainy lifestyle and the trust that was gained in the shadow of customer satisfaction.
