Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation
Innovation
Smart homes and buildings are always an upgrade in comparison to a conventional installation. Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Thanks to the usage of KNX, the door has been opened to integrate new innovative solutions, using the worldwide STANDARD for home and building control.

Description des clients
Dans l’appartement de la Résidence Les Arènes, j’ai conçu et déployé une solution domotique complète permettant de piloter intelligemment l’éclairage, les volets et la climatisation, tout en assurant une gestion énergétique avancée avec mesure précise et détaillée des consommations par usage. J’ai également automatisé le circulateur d’eau sanitaire afin d’améliorer le confort au quotidien, notamment en réduisant le temps d’attente pour l’eau chaude, tout en limitant les pertes énergétiques. Le système intègre une alarme intelligente, le contrôle d’accès ainsi qu’une supervision globale et en temps réel de l’ensemble des équipements techniques de l’appartement. L’infrastructure repose sur le standard KNX et est reliée à Home Assistant, offrant une interface centralisée, des scénarios personnalisés avancés, des automatisations basées sur les usages et un pilotage à distance fluide, intuitif et entièrement évolutif.
