Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Thanks to the usage of KNX, the door has been opened to integrate new innovative solutions, using the worldwide STANDARD for home and building control.

Description des clients
Proyecto de domótica residencial KNX realizado en el Chalet Residencial Anaga, en Santa Cruz de Tenerife. La instalación integra el control de iluminación mediante KNX y DALI, permitiendo encendidos, apagados, regulación lumínica y creación de escenas adaptadas a diferentes usos de la vivienda. También se incorporaron apagados automáticos para optimizar el consumo energético y encendidos inteligentes en zonas comunes. El sistema incluye control de persianas motorizadas, con funciones automáticas como el cierre general al activar la escena de abandono de casa. Además, la vivienda puede gestionarse desde dispositivos móviles o vía web, permitiendo al usuario controlar las funciones principales desde cualquier lugar. El sistema multiroom de audio también queda integrado en la red KNX, facilitando el control de inicio, parada y volumen desde los mismos pulsadores utilizados para la iluminación.
