Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

GK Villa was designed as a KNX-based smart home project focused on lighting, curtain, and pool control. The system was engineered to provide reliable daily operation while maintaining a clean and intuitive user experience throughout the property. One of the key highlights of the project was the integration of different switch and control styles in various parts of the house, allowing each space to reflect its own architectural identity while remaining part of a single unified KNX ecosystem. The result is a seamless, scalable, and professionally engineered automation solution tailored specifically to the client’s lifestyle and design preferences.
