Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Located in the scenic and pleasant climate
region of Lavasan, this premium 3-story minimalist villa features a spacious 4-bedroom layout fully integrated with an advanced KNX smart home system. The project encompasses comprehensive automation for lighting control and motorized blinds/curtains to optimize energy efficiency and comfort. Additionally, the building's security and communication are enhanced through the seamless integration of an IP intercom system and surveillance cameras. To ensure maximum reliability and architectural harmony, high-end ABB switches (keypads) and robust ABB DIN-rail panel equipment were utilized. Centralized visualization and intuitive control of the entire ecosystem are delivered via a luxury Astrum touch panel, perfectly
complementing the villa's modern aesthetic.
