Energy Efficiency

The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Description des clients

BMS system to control and monitor building facilities such as water, lighting, energy, ventilation, gas leakage in the 72 apartments, doors monitoring, panic buttons. Locally supervised and controlled via computer. operators can set water tanks levels to start/stop pumps, Lighting control of commom areas is done by time schedule or direct operation, there are control logics to enable pumps rotation. The fire combat system is monitored, accessible toilets have a alarm call button integrated in the system so that rescue can be provided. Tenants can receive mails when a gas leakage is detected in this apartments.
