Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

A fully integrated KNX smart villa developed by ITQAN Smart, combining lighting, HVAC, shading, security, access control, irrigation, pool management, TV, and multi-room audio systems on a single intelligent platform. KNX serves as the automation backbone, while ComfortClick provides centralized supervision, advanced visualization, and intuitive control of all building functions.
The villa features sophisticated automation scenarios including Welcome Home, Good Morning, Good Night, Away, Vacation, Movie, Party, Pool, and Emergency modes. These intelligent scenarios automatically coordinate lighting, climate control, motorized curtains, entertainment systems, and security functions to enhance comfort, convenience, safety, and energy efficiency.
Advanced automation is driven by occupancy detection, weather conditions, daylight levels, scheduling, and user behavior.
