Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation
Innovation
Smart homes and buildings are always an upgrade in comparison to a conventional installation. Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Thanks to the usage of KNX, the door has been opened to integrate new innovative solutions, using the worldwide STANDARD for home and building control.

Description des clients
Villa privata a Salionze sulla via che collega Peschiera a Valeggio sul Mincio, a soli a 5 minuti dal Lago di Garda.
La casa è una residenza bifamiliare dove una parte ospita una famiglia e una parte è destinata a B&B.
L’obiettivo del progetto era quello di garantire il massimo confort sia alla famiglia che agli ospiti, la percezione degli utilizzatori doveva essere quella di ritrovarsi in un’abitazione confortevole e intelligente che si prenda cura di loro e in cui il risparmio sia all’ordine del giorno.
Per la realizzazione è stato usato il sistema KNX, sistema che prediligiamo per via del cablaggio e della scalabilità nel tempo, in grado di combinare funzionalità e dispositivi di produttori diversi, quindi tutti gli impianti e gli apparecchi tecnologici diventano completamente compatibili tra di loro e possono interagire senza problemi.
