Energy Efficiency

The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Smart homes and buildings are always an upgrade in comparison to a conventional installation. Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. An apartment project in an upscale neighborhood that uses three systems: 1-KNX 2-BACNET 3- CRESTRON And it was an opportunity to test the merging of these systems with each other and make sure that linking the systems together, achieves higher advantages and at lower costs, especially with regard to the issue of linking air conditioning systems. So it was a good experience and I recommend it to everyone Because by merging systems together, we achieve several points, the most prominent of which are: - Reducing costs because we dispense with gates between systems - Each system has its strengths and weaknesses. When integrating these systems with each other, we exploit the strengths of each system and dispense with the weaknesses of each system. - We fulfill the desires of engineers, artists and project owners if they wanted certain systems that they had dealt with previously and did not want to dispense with them
