Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation
Innovation
Smart homes and buildings are always an upgrade in comparison to a conventional installation. Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Thanks to the usage of KNX, the door has been opened to integrate new innovative solutions, using the worldwide STANDARD for home and building control.

Description des clients
The project is situated in prestigious part of Auckland. It consists of 4 apartments per floor from Level 0 to Level 3 and 2 apartments on Level 4.The automation in each apartment is also used for energy efficiency. The Lighting is controlled automatically (constant lighting control, daylight harvesting, presence/absence, time scheduling, scenes…) and also controlled by operators. The RGB feature lights are controlled from touch panels colour picker.The system control blinds automatically and manually by operator.Each Apartment has 2 or 3 Daikin AC units that are interfaced into the system and fully controlled from the CTP (Colour Touch Panels). Based on presence, they are in Auto/Stand-by or OFF mode.Security System interface fleshes the lights on intruder detection or simulate presence.
Meters are monitored and presented on the Panels.The installed CTPs are accessible via Internet and application from any place in the world or by any smart device with sufficient credentials.
