Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

This villa project showcases the advantages of KNX in creating a comfortable, energy-efficient, and future-proof smart home. The installation integrates lighting, air conditioning, and shutter control into one seamless system. Occupancy sensors were applied to reduce energy waste by automatically switching off lights and adjusting AC when spaces are unoccupied. A range of customized scenes such as “Welcome,” “Good Night,” and “Movie” provide the homeowner with simple and intuitive control over multiple devices at a single touch. The system delivers greater convenience, safety, and flexibility, while ensuring scalability for future upgrades or additional functions. By adopting KNX, the villa benefits from a reliable, open-standard solution that enhances daily living and contributes to long-term sustainability.
