Energy Efficiency

The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Una piccola struttura che propone ai suoi ospiti una pausa di benessere e relax in tre eleganti camere. L’accesso e la permanenza sono concessi in via esclusiva - questa è la formula caratterizzante della residenza: ci sono soltanto le persone o la coppia o il gruppo che ha prenotato, nessun estraneo, nessun rischio di “calca”, nessuna confusione, massimo relax. I possibili fruitori della struttura sono tutti coloro i quali desirano una sosta rigenerante ed intensa, per poter meglio rituffarsi nel ritmo frenetico della quotidianità: relax “mordi e fuggi”; giornate intere di riposo alternando la camera ai dintorni della struttura.
