Energy Efficiency

The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Description des clients

The Synodic center has twin role. It is composed of offices for the priests and accommodations for the priests and the members of the Holy Synod when gathering for their duties. All the offices and common areas are supervised by motion and presence detectors to minimize energy consumption for lighting , heating and ventilation. Heating control of the whole complex is based on PLCs with KNX interface. The automation procedures are running locally while the monitoring, commands and alarms are being transferred by the KNX.
