Since it is in a village and the owner family is living far in Tehran, so they needed to have access to the system remotely. to have presence simulation, to control the heating or cooling system before they arrived there, to monitor their villa and so on. it has a big yard and garden, internal space consist of Livingroom, 2 TV rooms, stairs, 3 corridors, 1 master bedroom and 2 bedrooms, guest room, Sauna and Jacuzzi, Pool, Kitchen, Housekeeper room, 2 restrooms, entrance, lobby, parking, closet room and garage
