Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation
Innovation
Smart homes and buildings are always an upgrade in comparison to a conventional installation. Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Description des clients
Tella Thera is a boutique resort in Kissamos, Chania, Crete, designed as a sanctuary of wellbeing, relaxation, and harmony with nature. The property offers spacious rooms and suites, elegantly decorated with sustainable, high-quality materials in soft, earthy tones, each with calming views of the Cretan landscape and sea.
Wellness lies at the core of the Tella Thera experience: a dedicated center with treatments, yoga, meditation areas, and peaceful corners for reflection enriches every stay. Guests can also enjoy guided hikes, creative workshops with local artisans, and outdoor activities that connect them to the island’s natural and cultural beauty.
Sustainability is a defining principle, reflected in its zero-waste, plant-forward dining concept. With organic, locally sourced ingredients, meals nourish body and soul while respecting the environment. Tella Thera is more than a hotel—it is an invitation to slow living and reconnection with what truly matters.
