Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Description des clients
Lynx Integrated Systems were engaged to deliver the Building and Guest Room Automation Solution for the Luxury Intercontinental Perth Hotel.
The hotel complex consists of 240 guest rooms and 3 restaurants.
Solution included user control ‘GUI interface’, control of all lighting, HVAC, curtains & blinds and integration with the Property Management system, fire detection & security system.
Great emphasis was put on security with each room on its own network and routing though EisBar server making the project very Secure.
