Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

My Kefalonia Villa is located in the south of Kefalonia on the outskirts of the traditional village of Minies. Just set back from a dramatic coastline south facing for uninterrupted Greek sunshine and the glistening turquoise Ionian sea views. This 200sqm house is contemporary in construction set in 4000sqm of land. Construction was completed in 2023 with attention given to detail and luxury with high end specifications.
Unique construction with clean contemporary lines embracing natural textures with discreet high wooden vaulted ceilings and stone aspect walls throughout the villa.
All the bedrooms have luxury sleeping systems. Throughout the entire house is supported with either manual or mood creating state of the art lighting system. All rooms have electronically operated curtain system.
A state of the art security system is integrated with high-res cameras for maximum safety and peach of mind.
I high end entertainment system is coupled with multi-zone audio by Sonos.
