Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Thanks to the usage of KNX, the door has been opened to integrate new innovative solutions, using the worldwide STANDARD for home and building control.

Description des clients
This project delivers an intelligent, fully integrated hotel room control solution that elevates guest comfort, operational efficiency and energy performance.
Using KNX technology, each room seamlessly controls fan coil units, lighting, Make-Up Room, Do Not Disturb and doorbell functions, supported by bespoke EELECTRON wall panels to reflect Radisson RED branding.
The system upgrades traditional keycard operation to true occupancy detection using sensors and door reeds, automatically placing unoccupied rooms into energy-saving mode by switching off lighting and placing fan coils into standby mode.
KNX high-level integration links room status, booking, housekeeping and the BMS, enabling smarter control of chillers, boilers, pumps and plant equipment.
Corridor lighting is controlled through EELECTRON DALI gateways, with integrated PIR, lux and temperature sensing, preserving architectural aesthetics while creating a mood atmosphere.
